I consider myself advanced and work my abs on most days mostly with added weight. When I did this workout I didn’t feel all that worked out. Even though some of the exercises are tough and I added ankle and wrist weights, there is no sweating or heart rate up, etc. because the pace is rather slow. But I recently rearranged my exercise routine and one day of the week is reserved for Yoga or all abs, so I thought I’d try this one. I started to feel it that evening, but blew it off. Then the next day I couldn’t believe how sore my abs were. In fact, I cannot remember when my abs have ever felt this sore and I’ve been working out for 20 years. It was almost hard to stand up straight – wow!! I only give it 4 stars because the routine itself just doesn’t give me that worked out feeling, but it’s effective for sure!

  2. I’m an intermediate/advanced exerciser always on the lookout for new amazing instructors & programs. I am a devotee to Cathe, P90X, & now add Tracey to the list. I am so pleased with how well this worked my lower abs & see plenty of room to grow. Tracey’s personality is warm and not “over-the-top.” I only wish there was an option for vocals without music. Whenever I do a DVD a lot, I enjoy being my own DJ. I believe this is her first set of DVD’s, so maybe that’ll happen in the future.
