I’m 17 years old and I’ve been Bodybuilding for like two years now, but I found it hard to really burn fat. Until I bought this thing that is it works wonders for me when I am doing my HIIT. If you wanna make sure for a fact your doing your excercises on time get this you won’t be disoppointed.

It would have recieved a five out of five, but it is very confusing…though with some patience, it is like having your own boxing coach, in a way..?

I bought this timer to break up my heavy bag workouts into rounds. The day I received it, the timer seemed to work fine. There is a small on/off switch on the top and large easy to use buttons on the face. It was not as loud as I had hoped, but probably good enough. The next day the timer was dead. I replaced the batteries and nothing. I think I left the power switch on, but not longer than a day. Patience and troubleshooting lasted about an hour before banging it on the table and giving up. Double checked it a week later with new batteries….nothing.
