My husband “loved” the stepper, problem is no weight limit was quoted on box. Husband is 6’6″ approx 275lbs and piston gave way after a few months. Have any other larger users had this problem? He would like me to replace item, but hesitant to spend another $100 just to blow another piston.

It is a pretty good stepper. Smooth and solid. The only thing I hate is that one cannot use this stepper more than 15 minutes. After 15 minutes use, the instruction says, one must stop in order to cool the machine. I think 15 minutes is too short.

I am not the most athletic person in the world, but like many people, I know it is important to exercise. I have always resisted paying for a gym membership and the time associated with going to the gym, so I began to look at at-home options. Larger equipment was too expensive and big (especially since I am in my 20′s and move a lot), so I purchased this stepper.
This exercise equipment works great for me. I get on it when I am in the mood, in 5, 10 or 15 minute intervals. I get my heart rate up and it is an exercise that I can easily do everyday.
Downsides? You can only use the machine for a maximum of 15 minutes at a time and you have to have good balance. It can also be a little hard on your knees.
Overall, it is the perfect solution for me to get some exercise in my life in a convenient and cheap way, especially in the winter.
